Challenge

• There is no all-in-one platform for international healthcare 

• No exist way that to request your health data 

• Health agencies are not working efficiently 

Solution

With Medicurism; international patients can get in touch with hospitals and the providers easily. That platform is convenient to inform patients about all over the process and the destinations. 

My role

• Orchestrated and led a team of 9 individuals in marketing and developing a website and mobile application.
• Designed the comprehensive system of a startup, preparing it for market readiness and investor engagement.
• Formulated core strategies to position a rapidly growing health tourism startup effectively.
• Produced acclaimed pitch decks for entrepreneurship events and conducted customer presentations.
• Implemented the scrum framework to enhance team mindset during Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development.
• Acquired skills in brand building, MVP development, and business plan composition.

Results

• 2022: Achieved 3rd RANK at JA Startup Final, Junior Achievement - Turkiye Finalist Startup with Medicurism.

• 2021: Secured 2nd RANK in the Stargate Idea Contest hosted by Yildiz Technical University IEEE Club.

• 2021: Delivered a keynote speech to investors in Istanbul at Bilgiyi Ticarilestirme Merkezi(BTM).

• 2021: Recognized as an Incubation Startup Owner & Entrepreneur by Bilgiyi Ticarilestirme Merkezi (BTM).

• 2021: Ranked at the top in Entrepreneurship in Health by Acibadem University Uni4Society.

• 2021: Attained the 1st Ranked Startup position in an Entrepreneurship Event at Ozyegin University.

• 2021: Received the Honored Student award from Abdullah Gul University, as published in the University Newspaper.

• 2020: Selected for Incubation Center in AGÜ, Abdullah Gul University.
